Like Heather, since Step 1, I have lost all Mux A and ITV-3, is this a temporary thing, will I get them back after Step 2 sort out?

I have a Technika Advanced Tesco box, and a search for an produces nothing.

Location is WR9 7LE, and have had fairly reliable so far.

My friend lives in Worcester at WR1 1NY, and since the before the switch over and since the 21st can only receive BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4, C5, UTV2, BBC3,BBC4, C4+1,More4, E4, ITV1+1, CBBC,CBeebies BBC News BBc Parliament, Rabbit, Gay Rabbit, BBc Red Button plus 7. Her BBC2 went off air earlier than . Is there anything we can do to get all channels? or would it be the . I thought she was receiving S.C, but evidently not. Analogue was OK.

I took a bearing on her and it looks like she is tuned into Wrekin, with a bearing approx 340 degrees from WR1 1NY, Wrekin is 377.
I retuned this lunchtime, (28th) no change - still only 41 .
Tried again this evening, even bypassed the , at all, still only 41 channels.
There is only the digibox plugged into to TV, no etc. Using an Argos Value range set top box at the moment, STB01, but she plans to buy a new TV, would this make a difference if the tuner was more sensitive?
