For what it is worth,I have been experiencing intermittent signalreception on my SKY + HD box for about 1 month with the error code 25.The severity of the problem varied greatly from day to day. Following a discussion on the SKY chat line I ensured that all of the connections on the box were secure but the problem still persisted. This morning I found that gently moving the cables at the satellite dish has completely resolved the problem. I have now arranged for an engineer to come and check the connections properly but there is little doubt in my mind that this is where the problem lies
