thanks! dont know what ive done now, i tried pulling the areal out and putting back just as the scan got to 54 as told, but it was still bbc wales! so i tried again but it now just says no signal and when i press menu i cant get back to channell serch its on colour and sound etc.....HELP!!

Wirral
I am on the wirral (south) and can only get welsh bbc and itv so the news isnt northwest which i want but wales today!
can anyone help?? xx
