I was speaking to a local fitter today and he told me that the new will have a very limited range of . If this is the case, it seems we will need to receive our from to receive all the available channels after . I can't therefore see the point of this new transmitter if it isn't going to give us the full Freeview channel line-up.

Do you know exactly what channels we will receive from this new transmitter.

Thanks for that, but when you compare the list of available shown on the website against those shown above for the , there are a lot of missing (Yesterday, Sky 3, Dave, Quest, Fiver, Five USA, Sky News, QVC etc etc). Why won't we be able to receive these channels like everyone else?

Where I live in I am in line of sight of the new Clacton and get all the available with a strong .

The only problem is that when I tune to ITV HD, I get a fab HD BUT when the local news comes on, I only get Meridian News? Since I live in the Anglia and our transmitter is in the Anglia region, can you please tell me why on earth I only get Meridian News when watching ITV HD?
