Hedge end (SO30) resident here - our TV reports both signal strength and quality, and yesterday evening it hovered around 0 signal quality, but the same signal strength, and we had no service.
Exactly the same behaviour as when we had interference on our end a year ago due to an unshielded fly lead and HDMI cable, but with those issues ruled out, I believe it was external interference this time.
This morning - all back to normal hovering around 100% signal quality!
Suspect there was something going on, wonder if it could be 4G testing overnight...
