Below are all of M Rawson's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.Hi Again, Have tried removing booster, retune with no aerial & then return and also channel tuning all to no effect. I am now conviced reception crashed on switchover and low signal is problem. Second telly works if direct link to aerial not if shared with or without booster. Am using Sutton direct.

Hi Chris.SE, The second set only gets the same limted set of channels as the first if connected directly. The boster is powered and takes aerial near sets when connected in. On C 46 intensity 16%, quality 0%. Aerial is old as is cabling to booster, all worked until 21/9 albeit not brilliantly.

Have finaly cracked my missing channels. Inspired by help on this page, I tracked down a factory reset buried in sub-menus. Then with a total retune all channels finally appeared. Still got problems with second set, however expect to beat them with persistence. Thanks

Like several other posts I have lost a variety of channels over the weekend. In my case it is the channel 46 set ie ITV, C4, c5 etc. On my second set (built in box bought this year) I have lost everything just collections of coloured squares. This happened post switchover following a retune. Neither manual or auto tunes help.
Signal did improve at stage one on 7th, however lost significant number of channels on 21st and situation has deteriorated further when tried retuning at the weekend.
I live in Kinver use the Sutton transmitter, with an extended rooftop aerial.
