Have just turned tv on .......... can only get bbc1 and bbc2 . Itv says ''no information available'' , channel 4 and 5 says ''no signal'' . Everything was ok when I turned the tv off last night .
The ''help switch team'' came and fitted a tvonce box a couple of weeks ago , as I'm disabled .

Hi ( again ) Have sorted out my main tv .....works fine now, thanks , but had a Technika tv for xmas for use in bedroom .....and it just says Freeview ... then , no signal . Unfortunately, I've mislaid the remote instruction booklet ! Anyone know which button to press to retune please ?
Easy instructions please , sorry, a bit old in the tooth !

tv switchover team said that Ridge Hill have having problems .
I keep getting ''no signal'' across a perfect picture at times or the screen suddenly goes blank and I lose the channel. Have retuned every day ........sometimes several times a day. Engineers said my signal was fine .
