Kevin H: A signal booster is very likely to make it worse, they are awful for digital reception as they amplify interference more than the digital signal.

K: If everyone has a problem I would consult the management company, I would suspect a fuse has blown in the internal distribution system.

Large distribution systems usually have a separate amplifier for each allocated channel.

K: As I said, there are likely to be several devices, so it is possible that a fuse has blown taking out some of the system, or someone has accidentally disconnected a power lead.

I would still talk to whoever manages the system.
