To be fair, you don't need to buy any boosters to get the rest of the services, just move your aerial to point at Rosneath (VP or HP) or Black Hill.

Justin Smith: Just to clarify, the information in the original FOI request covers the relay transmitters, with a single exception.
You have to remember that it's not the "normal" conditions that have to be considered (as that's an easy computation) but the problems during "Inversion" where signals are carried much further than usual that have to form part of the process of allocation and co-ordination.

D. Hayward: OK. Looking at Astra 1H/1KR/1L/1M/2C at 19.2°E - LyngSat only Eurosport Germany 12226 H 27.5 3/4 is FTA, as Eurosport on 12344 H has encryption, as you say.

michael: 1. There is - there is a "guard band".
2. No consumer equipment will be effected, only the signals supplied to them.
3. That can't work. There are no frequencies for such services.
4. Because "money talks", of course.

T. N. Thompson: What "vital information" is being withheld by providing a public consultation? That makes no sense to me at all.

Andrew: As far as I understand it, TVC went to court and the court decided that TVC was a "retransmission" in the sense of the Television Without Frontiers Directive.
Analogue is a total irrelevance, the meaning of "at the same time" includes the technically necessities of digital transmission and it always has.
