jill: The CBS channels are not required to provide subtitles as they are "small channels".
There are no CBS channels on Freeview at the moment.

Georgi: I would try My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - 10 years of independent, free digital TV advice and see if that restores your service.
