Bob Smith: That will be because there are no transmission problem.
Reception problems are nearly never caused by transmitter problems.

mst: Yes, many people have had to fit attenuators (or at least disconnect boosters) when switchover happens.

Andy: I would check your box is not set to "audio description". Otherwise try this My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
