Stot: You might have to wait until September 2011 for the full power output. However, if you have any boosters or amplifiers, you should remove these from your system.

helen: If you have a booster or amplifier, remove it from your system. Also check your cables are in good condition. You should be getting good reception on most multiplexes, and the rest will improve later in the year.

Mr K: If you bypass the splitter and everything is OK, you can then just replace it with a "Y-connector".
