D Holmes: Yes, you will be getting C34- multiplex 1 England West Midlands
w-nw 287° from the Fenton transmitter, which block the Freeview HD on the same channel.

Hadge: If you want to use satellite, you will need a suitable DVB-S (or DVB-S2) receiver.
You can't attach a DVB-T ("Terrestrial") device to a dish.

Darren: That is correct, ITV2+1 is not on the public service transmitters anymore.
