Whole house digital TV

Kevin Reader: To be honest, I would suggest you spend your money on getting Freesat.
You will get a signal from Sudbury (or Rouncefall) on 6th/20th July 2011, but only Freeview Light. From
27th Jun 2012 you will also get the SDN multiplex from Sudbury.
I would think you would be wasting money trying Freeview and go straight for Freesat, see Compare Freeview Light and Freesat TV | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice for the channel details.

Jurate: Your TV Licence doesn't pay for your reception equipment. I would expect your dish is no longer correctly aligned.

Freeview reception has changed?

Kelvin: Are you using a rooftop aerial? If so, you should get all services from Sutton Coldfield from 21st September 2011, but nothing much before then.

If you use the Waltham transmitter you should have all services today.

Tom Cromack: Your signal is probably overloading.

If you have an amplifier or booster, remove it from your system.

If you have still too much signal, fit an attenuator, they cost about a fiver.

S: Yes, that sounds about right. You should use a rooftop aerial for reliable Freeview reception.
