Geoff: Loft aerials are not suitable for reliable Freeview reception, please mount your aerial on the roof. You need only a standard rooftop aerial.

Fred Boyd: No! You must not split the cable from a satellite connection. If you want to run more than one tuner from a dish, you must fit (or use an existing) quad-LNB and run a cable for each connection.

C39 closes on Emley Moor on Wednesday 21st September 2011.

BEV: It sounds like you have an reception issue, not one related to the transmissions. You need to locate the source of the interference or faulty cable to sort the problem out, switchover will not fix a fault in your system.
