Freeview uses an aerial and is 100% of satellite. I can't say if you get Freeview without a full postcode.

Bob McAteer: As you are close to a powerful transmitter at Black Hill, you can use a standard "contract" aerial on the roof to get the signals. A "group E" will provide the best possible signals for the smallest aerial.
If you are fitting a new aerial, you should also use satellite-grade coaxial cable to connect the set to the aerial as this will provide the best quality signal and be longer-lasting.
