hYWEL: The usual reason for a "all services" failure is a mains problem, usually the failure of direct mains and whatever backup systems exist on site.

Chris: It's not a problem with the transmitter, the output is the output and the user has to work with that.
I would wait until 6am tomorrow for switchover to complete and see what happens then (after you have retuned).
