Steve P: Most people find it unacceptable that they can't record something that they are not watching already, because the VCR has only analogue tuners. A Freeview+ box is much, much easier to use than a VCR.

Sue: Some other people have also said they have the same problem - I would give My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice a go to sort it out.

Hacker: If you don't have any problems with reception, then leave everything as it is. You *may* have extra issues when the 4G mobile networks start using the old TV frequencies in 2013, but you will be provided with a free filter if that is the case.

BILL MILLS: The transmitter is operating normally, it was only down from 00:15-02:22 yesterday for switchover.

Alison Gold: You need to ensure whichever aerial cable was plugged into the "RF2 out" of your old Sky box is plugged in to the "RF2 out" of your new box.

Diane King: I would take the VCR to the recycling centre as it no longer any use. If you want to record from Freeview, get a Freeview+ or Freeview+HD box.
