My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

my tv is completely down too. It has a built in
freeview
, yet last night it just lost all
signal
. Tried re-tuning, and it found nothing!!
Already hating this completely
digital
switchover
, they just weren't ready to do it yet.
