I have a Matsui DV3 freeview box live in the Birkby area HD2. I re-tuned on the 7th september Emley Moortransmitter. I have lost some one my channels e.g. ch3, ch4, ch5, bbc three, bbc four etc. I did do the retune that didnt work, tried reset followed instructions still did not work only 25 channels added mainly radio and channel 1, channel 2. Then i tried to add channel tune and 19 got added however ITV, ch4, ch5, bbc three, bbc four etc said re-tunning the channel would be 3 mins took longer than that about 10-15mins...but it came to blank black screen i can see on my description what programme was on (description came up) but nothing was showing! please help. Would these channels come fully on next tunning 22nd september?
