I have lost the Ideal World Channels from my Panasonic Freesat Box. I've done a complete reset of the box returning it to factory condition and completly retuned it, but still getting the message on-screen that they are invalid channels. Please tell me what else I can do. I follow the Create and Craft channel and am missing my favourite programmes. Hoping for a solution to my problem soon. Thank you.

I have had the Ideal world channels quite successfully until today on my Panasonic freesat box but now I get messages that they are an invalid channel. I am particulary upset about the loss of the Create and Craft Channel No. 813. Please tell me what has gone wrong. Irene
