Your are completely wrong with your comment (digital TV should be delivered via www), the best way to deliver digital TV and radio is via antenna, why do you think the BBC spent millions installing new antennas all over the UK to transmit digital TV and radio? What if the house has no broadband?

Interference is usually cause by illegal transmitters, or bad installs of receiving equipment.
All interference should be reported to the DTI.
Just because you worked some where and that company's answer was the one you gave dosn't mean its right or correct.
