Upcoming Freeview transmitter changes 2017 to 2020

I have never had decent
Freeview
coverage, I switched to
Freesat
for decent coverage, but now I have a NowTV box with an
Aerial
socket for Freeview.
I can receive sound quite adequately, but no accompanying pictures, so around the Midlands what choices or chances do I have?
