My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

WD18 (Watford). , some sort of share it out box in the attic from which lots of aerial leads go to many rooms.
No itv, 4 or 5.
Just moved in & have non working BT vision too.
Do we need a new aerial?
Any advice welcome, thanks.
