Why does the frequency band 21 appear when the box is retuned, when before Christmas, there were five bands and dozens more channels? Why also were there no frequencies available for the last week? Stockport - Winter Hill. (52.2852,-1.5201)

Is there anyone to whom I can take my many complaints to about the abysmal service Freeview has so far displayed, for that is more or less the only thing it has displayed. E.g. Leaving my TV box to 'series record', only to come back later to the 'NO SERVICE/NO SIGNAL' message on dozens and dozens of occasions?
Or is my only recourse, to withdraw permanently, the payment of my TV licence? (52.2852,-1.5201)

I have lost all Freeview channels for the nth time last night. The thick cloud between this location and Winter Hill is responsible. Rain also causes this effect. Freeview is one of the most useless, so-called examples of 'progress'. Like DAB. The loss of terrestrial TV to play into Murdoch's hands is one of the biggest scandals to hit the UK and should be scrapped. If you pay your TV licence and don't get TV, who is there to recompense you? Answer: No one. You pay, you lose. When will everybody wake up?
