My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Since moving to Brighton from
London
I have lost some
Freeview
channels
. Specifically 10, 20, 21, 30 and 70. I have tried re-tuning several times but although the channels start the
picture
then breaks up.
Any suggestions?
