Don't rescan, good quality TVs don't forget stations you will only loose stations and have to rescan later to get them back. Sounds like a poor connection etc.

If you still have no reception go outside and look at your aerial as it has probably moved last night in the gales.

I was contacted by Digital UK this morning regarding the problems on Winter Hill Com 7. Further work has taken place and they are asking for viewers comments as to wether there has been an improvement. I have been recording the SD version so was unable to help although what little HD viewing I have done seemed OK. I would be interested if anyone has noticed any changes as would they.

Having watched both episodes of Spiral plus Sound On Sound from BBC4HD, together with The Film Programme and Click from BBC News HD, I think that the fault on com7 has now been rectified.

I know the problem Mike. My wife was very intolerant of the drop outs despite the fact that they didn't occur that often. The soggy SD pictures didn't bother her at all though.

Frequency of fault varies and I haven't watched com 7 much recently, maybe once an hour but you can go a long time with no problems. I always record Film review from BBC News HD at 17.45 on a Friday, last week there was a bit of pixilation but not before or since.
