UKTV's Drama to be on Freeview 20 | Freeview news

We have 3 TVs in our house. I retuned them to pick up the new
channel
Drama
, which appeared on channel 20. 2 of the tvs retain Drama when powered off, the 3rd does not, channel 20 returns to whatever was there before I retuned it. Any ideas folks?
