My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I only live couple of miles from the kilearn
transmitter
. i get good BBC but lots of
signal
break up on STV/ITv
channels
its a new
loft
aerial
and I have tried retuning several times
is this due to reduced power
