My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi, I'm in
Hertford
and since last week we've lost all BBC
channels
. Today we lost 16 other channels including the main ones. Have followed the instructions at the top of the page but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
