My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Missing
channels
on Sony IDTV.
Both other
freeview
boxes in house working fine - so its not a
signal
problem.
Have twice carried out the suggested remedy but still missing 2 A and C!
