I have retuned umpteen times .Instead of ITV,Ch4,I get ITV AND S4c and I am not in Wales.These are breaking up,also several other channels are breaking up too.BBCis ok.This is using the box.
The TV which gets its via the box,but has freeview inbuilt is as it was yesterday-perfect!
What can I do?

Thank you KMJ,.I took your advice about unplugging to miss out Moel-Y-Parc and plug in again at and I've got my ITVand Ch 4 and they're in ENGLISH!
