Hi, hope you can help. We have had problems with BBC 1 & 2 since the last upgrade and now since the upgrade yesterday we have problems with other channels as well. The programmes will play for a few minutes and then the picture starts to split and 'cube', (sorry not sure how to describe it) and BBC 1 & 2 go off completely for a few seconds. We have retuned a couple of times but it's not any better. can you suggest anything please.
