Cut back the cable and cleaned up the connection and hoping all is fine now. Channel search found an extra frequency and more channels. Got the compass bearing from UK digital TV reception predictor (EH111QG)

Mux psb2 (d3+4) Friday 20.15. No reception. This mux has recently been unreliable. We point at Craigkelly. Others muxes seem fine.

MikeP: thanks, I had used an exact compass bearing allowing for magnetic variation. I am now waiting for good weather to get on roof and point to Black Hill instead. Meanwhile reception has been fine.

Edinburgh
Craigkelly: unable to watch BBC multiplex channels last night (27th Dec) due to bad stuttering. Other multiplexes were OK. Situated in yellow region in Edinburgh. Windy weather had been causing a problem but had re-secured the aerial mast. Aerail is new and pointing accurately. Coax cable is old but other multiplexes were fine.
