We have a fairly modern TV with a built-in tuner, and have recently moved house from inner to the northern outskirts covered by the . Needless to say, we have noticed a considerable decline in received. Whilst previously we enjoyed every Freeview we now only get a small number. from C is fine, with multiplex D patchy at best. Reception from all other multiplexes is either very poor or non-existent.

We are in a purpose-built block of flats with a large number of dishes lining the walls (presumably owned by the other inhabitants). Could this be compounding the problem?

Besides this, is there anything we can do to improve the situation pre- i.e. consider inspecting the external (shared) ?

Thanks Dave, that's really helpful. One further question - until about 2 weeks ago we were also receiving multiplexes 1 and B, only for the to decline suddenly on New Years Eve. Would you have any ideas as to how/why this happened?
