iSkiapod: Have you done the "Default Setting" from the Installation menu prior to retuning? If not, the programmes that the F2-FOX finds on UHF42 will have been added to the programme list with numbers in the 800s (as the previous data for pre-DSO channels hasn't been removed, hence the blank screen).

Since the south east switchover in April 2012, everytime I turn my tv on I have to retune to get itv and channel 4. Please could you help? Is it my tv, or an issue with the switchover?

Hi. I live in London Highgate, N6 area. We have a digital TV that has to be completely retuned every time we turn it on. It then picks up all channels and is fine but it is laborious to have to retune for 5 -8 minutes every time the set goes on.Any thoughts on how to solves this?

Hi, I live in WA15 0JP & get freeview from Winter Hill tranmsitter through an outside roof aerial. We started having problems receiving all TV channels on RF59 (ITV, Ch4, Ch5 etc) a few weeks ago, with the picture breaking up and occassionally losing the signal all together. This is now a regular occurence almost every evening! Signal strength tonight is only 20%. All other channels are fine. Please advise what is happening and what we can do about it? Many thanks.

Roz,Altrincham.I would strongly look up single frequency interference as the likely culprit for your current diificulty.

Mark, I don't think this is the reason for our problem. We do use a hard drive to record channels on but have used it successfully for several years, and it makes no difference whether it is on or not. Also we only lose the signal in the evenings, and only in the last 1-2 months. If we need a wideband aerial surely it would be a problem all the time?
