Steve: Hi Steve. Are you referring to of radio on FM in your van rather than digital Radio? We need to know which in order to you, but if it is FM you're talking about, it sounds as if your radio is trying to seek for the nearest FM for the you had programmed into the No. 1 preset using its RDS auto-seek feature: I'm not sure whether an in-vehicle DAB radio would do a similar thing or not when you are using DAB as opposed to FM, but I should think that DAB radios should try to 'hold on to' the station you were listening to as well, because the station ( if a national station), should be on the national single networks on DAB and use whichever transmitters in your vicinity that the electronics in the radio dictates. Come back and tell us whether you're trying to listen on FM or DAB, and which station it is that you're trying to listen to, and then we can see if we can help. Richard, Norwich.
