This transmitter has no current reported problems
The BBC and Digital UK report there are no faults or engineering work on the Grantown Link (Highland, Scotland) transmitter.UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

We have been having problems with all the commercial channels for close to a week now - ie there is constant breakup of the picture - ie pixelating.
I am a TV engineer and I have been receiving numerous phone calls on a daily basis from people with Freeview who think that it is something wrong with their TV and I have to tell them that there is nothing that I can do as I believe that it must be a transmitter fault as so many people are affected - including my own TVs.
Please get in touch with me if you would like more details
Many thanks

Anthony Green:
Please provide a full post code so that we contributors can check the expected reception conditions for you and determine which of the over 1100 transmitters you and neighbours are likely to be using. It is unlikely to be a transmitter fault else there would hundreds or maybe thoufdands of complaints, but there are noe here as yest. With your full post code we can check with Gigital UK for any transmitter problems of engineering work.
