The source said yesterday that some of the 2,810 prisoners in Standford Hill, Elmley and Swaleside had been caught with the digital set-top boxes. The source also said some prisoners were allowed set-top boxes for good behaviour, but only a select few had access to the 50-plus channels available on Freeview.
