Sadly, I am unable to offer this personal service at the moment.

Cannot watch hd channels, picture breaking up. Had no problem in the past, done a re tune, still the same. Signal coming from oxford. 10/11/13

A Barnes: Check your signal level - could be too low, but also too high!
Retuning isn't the answer, and might mean that you end up with the wrong transmitter.

I suddenly have only 5 frequencies and the 14 day extended epg on my Thomson DTi6300 no longer works - have there been any recent changes to transmitters in sutton coldfield area.

john: my 14 day programmer has disappeared with all my planned recordings. i have done a purge VOD but to no avail. How do i get it back? do i need to buy another recorder? Is it anything to do with topuptv not being in business anymore? Please help. Jane

john: There are only five frequencies from Sutton Coldfield if you have a standard definition box. Can you change the guide to 8-day Freeview? This is a solution in some cases of lost EPG.
