Trying to find how much a Freesat from Sky card costs?

There is a customer chat box on FREESAT from Sky - Call now to order, so I wondered how much a replacement card was...
Please wait for a Sky Advisor to respond.

Pradeep: Welcome to Sky, Home of HD. You are chatting with Pradeep. May I take your name please?
You: Brian
Pradeep: Hi Brian, How may I help you with your Sky purchase today?
You: I just want to know what the current price and arrangements for replacement "Freesat from Sky" cards are
You: as in "you will have to purchase a new viewing card at our then applicable standard charge"
Pradeep: Is it only freeview channels you are looking for or would you like to subscribe to our TV packages?
You: I only wish you to answer the question I have posted
You: I am 200% aware of your sales patter
Pradeep: To order the viewing card for freeview channels the best thing for you to do is to ring the Freesat team on 08442 411 602 and they will assist you.
You: Right, I have to make a premium rate call to find out how much a card costs?
Pradeep: It cost around £20 - £25.
You: around?
You: Is that official Sky pricing?
Pradeep: Unfortunately, we do not send the viewing for freeview so we are not aware about the exact price for freesat card.
You: So, why does this chat box appear on http://www.sky.com/shop/freesat/home/ ?
Pradeep: I would suggest you to contact our dedicated team for more information.
You: Also, I presume you don't mean "Freeview" at all.
Pradeep: Yes

khaleesi: Pairing your viewing card isn't required for any free channels, just take the viewing card out of your old box and put it in the new one.

StevensOnln1: What about the encrypted but still free-to-view channels? Sony Channel 157, Sony Movie Channel 323, London Live 117? Is any pairing required for them?

khaleesi: Pairing is only required for some subscription channels (mostly HD channels I believe).

Unfortunately it seems pairing is required for London Live 117. And possibly Sky News HD 516. Its not possible to pair if you no longer have a Sky subscription.

khaleesi: Sky News HD is a subscription channel. I'm surprised if pairing is required for London Live.

Yes, sorry, you're right about Sky News HD. I'm afraid London Live, however, does require pairing. And if you don't have a recent paid Sky subscription, you can't pair it. They will sell you a new, pairable, card for 25.

UPDATE: Well, I was able to pair it. Required plugging the box into my LAN via ethernet cable. Pairing was done on the box itself, no calls required. And London Live appeared!

I want to order a Sky "Freesat" card to get all the Channels, Sony Movies Etc, on a Sky HD box I've been given.
I rang Sky to enquire what my default ITV & BBC region would be. after being passed from pillar to post and ending up where I started all I was told was that BBC & ITV control the defaults for all postcodes and I would receive whatever the default region was. Not a lot of help.
Does anyone know where I can get this information and is there a database in the public domain?
Postcode is CM1 4YJ. I would like to be able to have BBC East (E) and ITV Anglia (E) as my default.

Doug Brown: Your postcode maps to Freesat region 18, giving you BBC East (E) and ITV London.
I would expect the same on BSkyB.
On Freesat you could enter a postcode to give region 19 - BBC East (E) and ITV Anglia East.
