Freeview retune - Monday 15th November
Brian Butterworth published on UK Free TV There will be changes to the channel line up, some of which are already in place. (Smash Hits! has become available on the Wales network again, whilst all areas will see it's bit-rate reduced to 80kbps).
Other changes will occur as CNN is removed, and ITV Preview 1 appears on Channel 35. It is anticipated that Capital FM will join the radio list, and Absolute Radio will change mux.

Today all the BBC channels stop working.
I'm on the Redruth/ Carradon Hill transmitters.
(My HD box seems to tune into both).
I did a retune and they reappeared.
Did the BBC do a frequency change, and if so, why was it not advertised?
I can only assume there are a lot of people in the area who are not tech savvy wondering why their TV doesn't work.
