Really to replace Dave Ja Vu on Freeview
From August 2, Dave Ja Vue, the Dave+1 channel, will be replaced by the UK TV Channel "Really".
Really will show US programmes like Tool Academy and Celebrity Rehab, and UK programmes like Snog, Marry, Avoid and Bizarre ER.
Really will join Yesterday and Dave to make three UKTV Freeview channels.

sharealam: Yes, indeed, the channel placeholder is there, and right next to Dave where Virgin One/Channel One used to be.

Minnie: Buy yourself a Freeview+ box and you can recreate the channel for yourself...

dave ja vu was so handy when you realise you've missed something ! if we MUST be given yet another channel featuring cooking programs and doing up peoples houses couldn't it be added instead of replacing one of the few decent channels ???

Pablo: Most people complain that the "+1" channels are a waste as they do not provide any additional choice of programmes to watch.

Now Brian, I seem to recall you telling me off for thinking I know what "most people" think!
I like +1 channels - especially since my PVR broke!

Steve P: OK, I should have said "many people" complain about +1 channels.

I will miss deja vu, really seems to have very limited programming appeal
I have a query regarding my tv, I have a freeview box and since everything went digital I can not get itv, itv2, channel 4, five and more4 and the quality of my tv reception has decreased. I think it is to do with my ariel looking suffient bandwith, could there be something else causing this issue?

sam - plug your postcode in at top right, then click the links and go look in the page for your local transmitter. That will show power used for different channels now and future
