I have a PVR that receives its program guide on channel 300 which I cannot receive.

Most PVRs use the Freeview programme guide, but some like yours use one provided by a third-party called 4TV.

For the EPG to appear you need to be able to receive multiplex D (which also carries BBC World Service, F2P Games, ftn, Ideal World, ITV Play, Kerrang! Radio, KISS 100, Magic, Oneword, Q Radio, Smash Hits! Radio, smooth fm, The Hits, The Hits Radio, TMF and UKTV Bright Ideas).

I have an TV and a VCR & DVD recorder.(both Panasonic and not on the list of problem ones) I have no EPG on the TV but it comes quite happily through the recorder ! I have retuned several times but it still won't work. This has only happened since the second on 21st March .
