Ofcom have issued a second version of the Freeview HD content protection consultation: Content management on the HD Freeview platform - Ofcom

There were many Responses to the last, brief consultation, and they all say "no".

I would suggest that you response to this consultation, but it is hard to see what effect it might have.

It's over a year since this was given the 'go-ahead' by OFCOM - and nothing more since. Have the BBC given up, or are they now trying to discover how to actually do it?
