Sunshine
Sunshine is a public digital radio station radio. UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).Sunshine multiplexes

This is strange. Sunshine are offering nothing to engage Gloucestershire since the DAB started. I can see no reason for people here to listen to this station (which actually sounds worse than the others on this Mux) other than its slightly quirky musical mix. If what I wanted wasn't available from Gloucestershire, I'd be far more likely to listen to a Bristol station, which we have a closer affinity with, than one covering Monmouth and Hereford.
Questionable maps too, when you click on the transmitters, as the topography of Gloucestershire means that many areas shown to be covered are actually not getting a signal (just driving around in my car and listening on its DAB radio proves that.)

andrewp: are you asking for Sunshine to disappear from the multiplex to leave you with just three stations? That seems a strange request.
Nobody is going to provide a digital-only local news & information service for Gloucestershire. Heart & The Breeze only provide it because Ofcom require it from FM stations.
