Could you tell me why Hillz FM, which is 98.6, keep overriding bbc radio 1, 97.9, in my car. I have radio 1 preset but every time I put it on it automatically goes to Hillz. Very annoying! Thank you.

David Moore : Does the radio have an "RDS" system?
If it does, then you might need to enable the "RDS-AF" facility.
This will tell the radio to stick with Radio 1 if the signal on 97.9 becomes poor.
"AF" is a list (supplied digitally) of Alternative Frequencies for a radio station.
