My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I have occasional pixel break-up on BBC 1 only, sometimes also on channel 231, but never on the HD BBC 1 channel on 101. All other are OK, but after trying re-tune lost channel 7 and 11 ( arts).
The is ok, so what`s my problem?
