Hi my mother lives in Croydon in CR0 5 area and has always received a good freeviewsignal but last week she lost ITV3.
I have reset the box a couple of times by following the instructions but all that happened was she lost more channels - now Channel 5 and ITV and Channel 4 have gone.
She has her own aerial in a block of flats that points directly at Crystal Palace.
