My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi my mother lives in in CR0 5 area and has always received a good but last week she lost ITV3.

I have reset the box a couple of times by following the instructions but all that happened was she lost more - now Channel 5 and ITV and have gone.

She has her own in a block of flats that points directly at .

Could anyone?
