I'm looking for some help sorting my parents freeview HDreception.
They have a new LG HD telly with a Freeview and a Freeview HD tuner.
The Freeview works perfectly, but we're not getting any HD.
They are using the Crystal Palacetransmitter, which is 4.4 miles away, and in line of sight (we really can see it).
All frequencies show fantastic strength, apart from 31 (554MHz).
Can anyone out there confirm that they are receiving HD from Crystal Palace on 554MHz?
